Tom Cooke has represented Buyers and Sellers in San Francisco and the Bay Area in over $200.0 million worth of real estate transactions since 1995. He has ranked in the top two percent of Coldwell Banker agents nation-wide based on sales volume since 1998 earning the "International President's Elite" designation consistently. Tom's business is based primarily on repeat clients and their referrals, and he represents single family homes, condominiums, stock cooperatives, TICs, and investment property in all price ranges. He has represented very experienced clients in purchases ranging up to $14.0 million and also thoroughly enjoys working with first-time Buyers to help educate them in our very demanding market.

Tom has lived in San Francisco since 1984 including Nob Hill, Russian Hill, and he is currently a homeowner in the Lower Haight area. He has a strong connection with the community and has been actively involved in a number of community and charitable organizations.

Buying or Selling a property in San Francisco is fast-paced and requires someone with experience in all types of market environments, great relationships with resources and other agents, and a results oriented negotiating ability. Tom has the qualities as well as a great sense of humor to help make the process a smooth and enjoyable one.

Amy Goodman has worked with Tom Cooke and Annie Williams at TRI /Coldwell Banker for many years and is dedicated to supporting our clients through their real estate transactions with the highest degree of service and professional expertise. Along with assisting Tom and Annie in preparing a property for marketing, she coordinates all the details on disclosure documents, inspections, and the escrow process.

As a valued member of the team, Amy concentrates on helping achieve our Buyers' and Sellers' goals. Amy's major focus is researching the market and viewing properties in order to find the perfect home or investment property for our clients in every price range.

Amy has lived in San Francisco and Marin County for over 30 years. Prior to TRI/Coldwell Banker, she was a Buyer for Macy's and owned her own chain of 15 Beauty Supply stores. She is very active in Community Theater and sings lead with a women's a capella chorus.

Dawn Ross is Manager of the San Francisco Van Ness-TRI Coldwell Banker office. As manager, Dawn oversees a talented team of more than 100 real estate professionals serving San Francisco and surrounding communities.

A member of the Coldwell Banker family since 1997, Dawn has been a highly successful real estate Agent and Associate Manager. She previously was with Coldwell Banker's Beverly Hills office, where she was ranked among the top Agents in Southern California. In 2004, Dawn was promoted to Associate Manager and Branch Training Director of the Beverly Hills office.

Throughout her career, Dawn has received numerous awards and honors. She was named to the International President's Circle in 1999 and 2000, the International President's Elite in 2001 and 2002, and the International President's Premier in 2003, 2004 and 2005. She was one of the top Coldwell Banker Agents in Southern California over the past two years, and has also been among the top one percent of Coldwell Banker Agents worldwide during that time.

Before entering real estate, Dawn enjoyed a successful legal career, including working as an attorney for some of Los Angeles' top law firms and legal departments. She also served as a Professor of Communication Studies at UCLA for more than a decade. Dawn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and earned her law degree from New York University School of Law.
